Shipping Timeline

  • Order Processing: All orders are processed and dispatched within 24 hours of confirmation. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a confirmation message or call may be made to verify the order. Orders placed during weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
  • Delivery Timeframes:
    • North India & Tier 1 Cities: Delivery is expected within 2–3 business days after the order has been shipped.
    • South India & Other Locations: Delivery is expected within 5–7 business days after the order has been shipped.

Order Confirmation

  1. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: COD orders may be confirmed through a verification message or call before processing to ensure order authenticity.
  2. Order Dispatch: A dispatch confirmation along with available tracking details will be sent once the order has been shipped.

7 Days Free Exchange

We offer 7 Days Free Exchange on eligible products. Contact our support team within 7 days of delivery to request an exchange. Applicable exchange shipping costs are covered by Swanz, subject to our exchange policy and hygiene requirements.

Delivery Restrictions

  • Delivery is available across India.
  • We currently do not support international shipping.
