7 Days Free Exchange
- Window: Request an exchange within 7 days of delivery.
- Free Exchange: No exchange fee applies. Eligible exchange shipping costs are covered by Swanz.
- Condition: Items must be unused, unworn, and unwashed, with original tags and packaging intact. All items are subject to hygiene and quality checks.
- Excluded Products: Panties, shapewear, lingerie sets, stick-on bras, and pasties are not eligible for exchange due to hygiene considerations.
- Complimentary Products: Where applicable, send complimentary products back with the main item as instructed by our support team.
Shipping Policy
Orders are generally prepared for shipment within 24 hours and delivered through our available courier partners.
- North India / Tier 1 Locations: Approximately 2–3 business days.
- South India: Approximately 5–7 business days.

Returns and Refunds
